How do I create an account?
Click Sign up, enter your email and a password, and confirm your email. You can start exploring markets immediately and verify your identity whenever you are ready.
Why do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?
Identity verification protects your account, unlocks higher limits and is required to become a referral affiliate. Start it from your dashboard; most checks are completed quickly.
How do I deposit funds?
Open your Wallet from the dashboard and choose Deposit. Select the asset and network, then send funds to the address shown. Deposits are free — only the blockchain network fee applies.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are reviewed and broadcast as soon as possible. On-chain confirmation time depends on the network you choose. The network fee is shown before you confirm.
What fees does Bithood charge?
Spot trading is 0.10%, futures are 0.10% of notional on open and close, convert is 0.10% (0.05% for block trades), and deposits are free. See the Fees page for the full schedule.
Why was my order not filled?
Limit and stop orders only execute when the market reaches your price. If your order is still open, you can review or cancel it in the Orders section of your dashboard.
How does leverage and liquidation work?
Leverage lets you control a larger position than your collateral. If your equity falls below the maintenance margin, the position is liquidated. Use stop-losses and modest leverage to manage risk.
I think my account was compromised. What should I do?
Change your password immediately, enable two-factor authentication, and email support@bithood.net from your registered address. Never share your password or 2FA codes with anyone.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Each person may hold one verified account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and rewards removed.
How do I become a referral affiliate?
Register, complete KYC, then open the Referral Program page and share your unique link. You earn a share of the trading fees your referrals generate.
